We produce an accurate and detailed property inventory itemising the content and condition of the property regardless of size and level of furnishing. The way we list and itemise a property, its contents and the condition of both has been developed over the years. We produce reports so that they are easy to read and understand. With particular emphasis on accuracy and where necessary supported with digitally produced photographs of any areas which may be subject to or a cause for concern at a later date.

Cleaning Services

We also offer our client a professional house clearance and cleaning services throughout the London area which will make every your property sparkle. We are fully insured with a general liability insurance coverage of a £200,000.00 limit.

Our current business consists of new construction clean up, business offices, residential homes and move out / move in cleans.
